Delivery and Returns
Delivery of ‘services’ through www.brandcared.com is done in a virtual environment and varies according to the service. Deliveries in Turkey for physical products are made by Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo. Turkey domestic shipments are delivered to the buyer within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified or a special campaign is identified.
Return and Exchange
Unfortunately, there is no refund option in our virtual services. However, change or postponement options are offered.
You can replace your chosen package with a equivalent package or by paying a fee difference. After you purchase the service, you must notify your replacement request within 3 days at the latest, as it is customized for you.
Payment and Order Cancellation
You can make your payment using one of the options we offer at the ordering stage.
We use SSL as a security measure for payments. Brandcared does not store or share credit card or personal information that you do not allow.
Order and Cancellation
Orders can be placed at any time without being a member. However, we would like to mention that we offer many special campaigns and discounts to our members.
Order tracking can be followed from the My Orders tab after the login, or it can be followed from the im My Orders ’section with the order number and the e-mail used when placing the order.
You can cancel your order within 1 day after placing your order. Unfortunately, later cancellations cannot be canceled because we have designed the service for you, but there is a chance of postponing it. To cancel, simply find your order on the My Account screen and click Cancel.
